More than 3,800 Dukies came back to campus for reunions. With spring's bloom at its peak, the campus was stunningly beautiful, with a further glow added by Duke's thrilling recent triumph in Indianapolis. The many tours, arts and academic programming, and parties kept everyone engaged and celebrating this weekend, but it is the relationships between classmates, students, faculty, and staff that keep us connected over the years. From the 5th to the 50th reunion, thank you to our alumni for making it one of the greatest reunion celebrations ever.

Julia Gaffield discovered the document, only the second declaration of its kind in the world (the U.S. Declaration being the other), while researching her doctoral thesis in the British National Archives. Read more about this important discovery.
